2013 Registration Deposit

If you have not yet paid your 250$ Registration Deposit for the 2013 racing season, please send a check written to Bridge City Speedway Inc. to the following address:

In order to guarantee a division at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway, the SSCRA requires a minimum of 10 cars with a $250 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit made by the 1st of December, 2012. Divisions not fulfilling the 10 minimum registered cars will not be incorporated into the 2013 schedule. The $250 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit can be made to the Bridge City Speedway Inc. and brought to the Business Development Office 224, 231, 234 - 501 Cynthia Street, or to the division meetings.
The minimum 10 cars requested for ALL divisions is to guarantee inclusion within the 2013 schedule for 8-10 race events. Any division not meeting the minimum of 10 will be reviewed and decisions will be made as to their level of participation at ACMS for 2013. Divisions may be amalgamated, deleted, reduced to a shortened season etc. All factors will be considered by the executive including, but not limited to: availabilitiy of cars, costs to enter the division, existing sponsorships, growth potential etc.
If a division is deleted and the option given to the driver who pre-registered is not fitting for the driver, the $250 registration fee will be refunded.
Drivers who have rolled over their 2012 winnings to 2013 registration, and had less than $250 in prize winnings, will be required to ”top up” to the $250 deposit to be considered as registered.
