Track Rentals

Needing to spend some additional time on the track?  Rent Auto Clearing Motor Speedway and have the track to yourself!   

2013 Rental Schedule

Check the 2013 track rental schedule to see if the track is available for your desired time. 

Please Note:  The scoreclock and transponder use is not available during track rental time.

If weather prevents you from using the track on the day booked, a refund will be issued.

Rental Rules

• During track rental, at least one person on site must have a cell phone.
• Only one car/truck is allowed on the track at a time.
• Back track entrance gate must be closed during the practice session.
• The renter is responsible for all damages to the track occuring during rental period.
• Rental fees must be paid when rental booking is made.

RENTAL RATES

Full Day (8 hours)

• Member Rate ** = $500
• Non Member Rate = $1,000

Half Day (4 hours)

• Member Rate ** = $250
• Non Member Rate =  $500

** NOTE:   To be eligible for member price, you must have at least one vehicle registered in the current year in one of the current classes.

• If a registered car owner rents the track and a non-registered car shows up you pay the non-member fee. 

How to Book a Rental

• Rentals must be booked one week in advance of the desired rental time.
• Call Cheryl at the ACMS office at 956-3212 (between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:00p.m. Monday to Friday) or call Andrew Clewes at 229-1496.
