Tiger Automotive Martensville 150 Street Stock Invitational Race Weekend - July 21/22

The Tiger Automotive Martensville 150 Street Stock Invitational is set for Saturday July 22, 2006 with a 6:00 pm start time (and a rain date of Sunday, July 23, 2006). This is the very first Special Event at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway and promises to be a truly fantastic event. In addition to the race, which features $7,500 in prize money, there will be a social and dance on Friday evening in the Martensville Curling Rink, and a parade of cars and pancake breakfast at the Martensville Civic Center Saturday morning.

FRIDAY, JULY 21      

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm  For those that want to register early, early registration will be available at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway Friday evening (details of where will be provided as they are confirmed)
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm Friday Night races at auto Clearing Motor Speedway featuring the Mini Stock, Thunder Stock and Super late Model classes.
8:00 pm - 02:00 am Tiger Automotive Martensville 150 Introduction Party in the Martensville Arena (in the Town of Martensville 10 kem north of Auto Clearing Motor Speedway).  Great entertainment with a live band.  EVERYONE WELCOME!!  Admission is free with your Friday night race day ticket stub or with your advance ticket for Saturday’s race, otherwise $5.00 at the door. 

SATURDAY, JULY 22

9:00 am to Noon Pancake Breakfast and Cars on display at various locations in Martensville
12 Noon

Pit gates open (If you own a pit pad, it is reserved for you.  Others are given out on a first come first serve basis.)
1:00 – 4:00 pm Tech Inspections
2:00 – 4:00 pm Practice
4:00 – 5:00 pm Pro IV Practice
4:45 - 5:15 pm Driver’s Meeting
5:30 - 6:15 pm Time Trials (Top 8 times will go directly to A Main)
6:30 - 6:45 pm Driver Introductions (Time permitting)  
7:00 pm Singing of National Anthem (s)
7:05 pm Racing Starts - with the following schedule based on a field of 60 cars entered
  Heat laps = 15 laps
  1st Heat – up to 15 cars per heat, minimum 10 cars
  2nd Heat – lined up by time trials inverted
  3rd Heat – top 2 from each heat to A main
  4th Heat - if necessary 
  5th Heat – Pro IV
  C Main – Remaining 28 cars
  50 laps – Top 12 advance to B Main (Start at back).
  Trophy Dash – Top 8 cars – 10 laps
  Time Trial top qualifiers inverted = results = A Main line up
  Pro IV Qualifier
  B Main – 3rd to 6th from heats (16 cars- depending on car count)
  50 laps – Top 12 advance to A Main (start at back)
  Pro IV Feature
  A Main – 28 cars
  100 laps – Fuel only at 50 laps
End of Races Beer and Burger Bash (No drinking allowed in pits until 30 minutes after races are finished or otherwise stated at event.)
Drivers - Total Prize Payout is $7,500.   Camping is available right at the track.
